7. Granite or marble
Windex shouldn’t be used on wet kitchen tops because it can etch and dull the natural stone surface. Use a neutral cleaner or one that is specific for these surfaces and will clean them safely. It’s amazing if it includes a sealer formula that prevents staining.
8. Wood
The original formula of Windex contains ammonia which will be a nightmare for wood surfaces if you use it on them. Remember that wood is a natural surface prone to drying out and cracking, just like your skin. Be super gentle with it, and when you get the chance, use a conditioner that contains oils or natural waxes to keep it moist and protected.
