4. Clean grout
This one of the hydrogen peroxide hacks will help you finally clean that grout. Take a bowl and mix two parts baking soda with one part 3% hydrogen peroxide. Apply the paste to the grout lines and let it sit there for 5 minutes.
Take a brush and scrub the grout lines. Pay attention to the stubborn stains. Rinse the area with clean water, and you will see that there is no more grout left. Make sure you rinse the area thoroughly, as baking soda tends to leave grittiness behind.

A lot of times I use peroxide to clean my cell phone. I heard cell phones can have more germs than a toilet seat. I spray a soft cloth with the peroxide and it sparkles and is sanitized at the same time. Cheaper than glass cleaner or wipes.
Hydrogen peroxide on other than cotton may stain. It may leave a yellow mark on a white fabric.
I add a cup of peroxide to every load of laundry I wash, and I’ve never had any problems with discoloration. In fact, it gets out any blood or other “bodily fluids” that could be lurking in your laundry (little Jimmy had a nose bleed, but didn’t want to get in trouble so he put the shirt at the bottom of the basket, or your best friend had to much to drink last weekend and you didn’t realize what was splattering on the cuffs of your blue jeans when you held her hair like a best friend should) without having to pretreat the spot. I also put Dawn liquid in every load for the grease spots we don’t notice when we drop a french fry or a bite of chicken on our shirt at lunch – it just plain works on everything I wash.
My husband and I both take blood thinners and therefore wehave ongoing issues with blood spots on our clothes. Accidents happen. I asked a nurse at our Doctors office how they keep the blood off their uniforms and shoes after surgeries. They sail always use some hydrogen peroxide on the blood as soon as possible and wash in washer thst evening to avoid the chemical eating into the fabrics. Works great for us!!
